As we say goodbye to 2021, LAER Realty is proud to celebrate Anne Silverman, who won a HomeLight Achievement for her determination and dedication to her work. While the market was extremely competitive for both buyers and sellers in the last year, Anne’s commitment to her clients was unmatched, earning her the Sells Homes Fast 2021 award from HomeLight.
What’s a HomeLight Achievement?
HomeLight Achievements are designed to highlight the talent, expertise, and hard work of the nation’s top-performing real estate agents.
Rest assured, these awards are calculated using both national and local real estate transaction data. HomeLight uses the same data to make agent recommendations for both buyers and sellers. Agents cannot pay HomeLight for awards or recognition, so Anne’s achievements over the last year were earned purley through hard work.

Anne Silverman, a top real estate agent in the Framingham area, was awarded the Sells Homes Fast 2021 achievement, earned when a realtor sells their clients’ homes faster than the average days on the market. The award is granted to the top 5% of agents in the area based on concise data.
Anne sells properties fast. In fact, her properties sit on the market for an average of 5 days — that’s 75% quicker than the average Framingham agent. Moreover, Anne completes more sales than the average Framingham agent by about 8%.
